Mano Erina: More Friends Over

Junjou Keisatsu K.I.S.S  4.5/5

I love how this song starts out: with police sirens, and then suddenly, you hear Mano sing. It’s refreshing. Actually, this whole song is really refreshing because it’s a kind of sound that I’ve never heard from Mano before. The speaking parts in the middle are also cute! This is a nice song.

Glory Days 4/5

I really like this song because again, it’s something Mano doesn’t really sing very much. Mano sounds really fierce here! It also reminds me of an anime opening.  The sayounara parts of the song are really catchy, as well as the chorus and the don’t stop love part.

Seishun no Serenade 5/5

This is one of my favorite Mano A-sides, so I’m glad that it was included in her album! The chorus is so catchy!

~”Shinkou wa Michiko” no Jikan①~

I bought this album from itunes, but I didn’t buy any of the speaking parts because I can’t fully understand Japanese. I don’t really see the point to any of the interludes so I’m not going to review them. I wish they had put songs here instead of interludes!

Eien ~Tasogare Kousaten time goes by~ 5/5

I love love love Tasogare Kousaten! And this just seems to be another version of it, expect with different lyrics. The song is more meaningful if you can completely understand Japanese.

Nekketsu Sensei 5/5

The way this song starts out is really cute! I love the whole instrumental of this song, including the chorus especially. There are a lot of high notes in this song, and in my opinion, Mano pulls the notes off perfectly. She has really improved!

I have a dream 4/5

I was waiting for a ballad, since Mano is the queen of ballads. This isn’t really a ballad, but rather a slow paced song that sounds like the music from the past. I really like it! Once again, it’s something from Mano that we haven’t heard before. The chorus is the best part.

~”Shinkou wa Michiko” no Jikan②~

I bought this album from itunes, but I didn’t buy any of the speaking parts because I can’t fully understand Japanese. I don’t really see the point to any of the interludes so I’m not going to review them. I wish they had put songs here instead of interludes!

Banzai! ~Jinsei wa Meccha Wonderful!~ 5/5

OMG, where do I even begin with this song? It’s really really upbeat and fun to listen to! I love the Lucky lucky day parts, and in the middle part the All Okay meccha Okay part. Everything about this song is so freaking catchy! It can get a little annoying, especially at the end when she repeats Lucky Lucky Day Lucky Lucky Lucky Day a thousand times. Definitely the highlight of the album imo though!

Kaze no Bara ~Aruite Chizu wo Tsukutta Otoko no Uta~  5/5

This reminds me of a carnival lol. But I love the “saku saku saku” and all of the repeating parts. Along with Nekketsu Sensei, this also has a lot of high notes, and again, Mano did a flawless job of the notes. Because of the weird arrangement of the song, it takes you a while to figure out where the chorus is. The highlight of the song would definitely be the high note at the end of the song. I was impressed by it and didn’t expect it!

Anata ga Iru kara 3.5/5

I love almost all of Mano’s ballad’s but I just can’t seem to get into this. It will take some warming up to.

~”Shinkou wa Michiko” no Jikan③~

I bought this album from itunes, but I didn’t buy any of the speaking parts because I can’t fully understand Japanese. I don’t really see the point to any of the interludes so I’m not going to review them. I wish they had put songs here instead of interludes!

My Days for You  5/5

Another one of my favorite Mano A-sides! I really love this song a lot!

Tenkiyohou ga Atattara 2/5

This is another song that I don’t really like. I don’t find it really catchy.

~”Shinkou wa…”~

I bought this album from itunes, but I didn’t buy any of the speaking parts because I can’t fully understand Japanese. I don’t really see the point to any of the interludes so I’m not going to review them. I wish they had put songs here instead of interludes!

Out of all 3 albums, I think this is one of Mano’s best! She showed us a different side of her, and sung different types of songs that we’ve never heard from her. This album had mostly upbeat songs, a total contrast to the previous albums which had mostly ballad’s on them.
